After using it for a year, I am very happy with the purchase. It can make a great cup of cappuccino and espresso when done right. It is easy to use and it extremely light weight. Perfect size. Cleaning of the machine from the outside is easy but to clean it internally is very difficult and there is indefinite clogging.

The media could not be loaded. I am extremely disappointed with the coffee machine I received. It arrived damaged and completely non-functional. When I unboxed it, I noticed visible cracks on the exterior, and when I tried to use it, it didn’t turn on at all. It’s clear that this product was either poorly handled during shipping or sent out in defective condition.I expected a brand-new, working coffee machine, but instead, I got a piece of junk. This is not just an inconvenience—it’s a waste of my time and money. I’ve already contacted customer service to initiate a return and refund, but the entire experience has been frustrating.I’m sharing this review to warn others: check your product thoroughly as soon as it arrives. I hope the seller takes responsibility for sending out damaged goods and improves their quality control. As for me, I’ll be looking elsewhere for a reliable coffee machine.

Good Product, exactly as described. Worth the price. Was delivered in proper pkg and good condition.To make strong coffee reduce water qty. Also don't let entire water evaporate, else u get a little burnt taste instead input water more than 2 cup mark on the glass and stop when you get output coffee a little under the 2 mark.

It’s a good machine for home, better than instant coffee ofcourse but if you’re a coffee lover you can look for better products out there. This one does the job for a beginner.

Initially received a damaged product with a hole on the top. Seemed to be used as well.Amazon replaced the product without hassles and the replaced product was in good shape.Now coming to the coffee maker, it's pretty light in weight. Doesn't leak from anywhere. The steam pressure isn't very good as far as making the coffee is concerned. Pressure is enough for milk frother though.Due to low pressure of the steam don't expect high strength espresso shots with crema, it isn't capable of that. What it's capable of is making really good filter coffee. If you're used to a drip machine then this appliance will perform much better since it extracts the coffee atleast 3x better than a drip machine.It's not for coffee connesenuers but then again no coffee connesenuer is going to buy a machine worth 4k.For the average person who just wants his coffee quick and easy without over analysing it it's a really good machineAdditional comments:Add water to the machine and put the dial to "pause" postion. At that position it will continue to heat the water and create pressure. Only after about 3 minutes put it to the "coffee" position to start making your coffee. If you start straight away with the "coffee" position then the water would not be hot enough to make a good cup.For the first time users, you need to practice with the frother. If you dip it in the milk/coffee too much then it won't produce froth and will just heat the milk with steam. If you don't dip it enough then you're gonna spray hot droplets on your hands. I got used to it within 2 uses.I will update this review if I face any issues

Customer service is a key feature of any brand. Product comes second. In this case both service and product are extremely bad. The product failed a few months of purchase. A technician came and serviced under warranty. The product failed again this month and I raised a complaint on 13th August. Today is 29 Aug and still no help. After a lot of followups with customer service, they give me chennai service technician number then service center head number then their area service head number. These people firstly don't answer their phones. The service head picked up the phone and says, I need to bring the product to the service center. When I ask how they visited last time there isno answer. I'm now stuck with a garbage machine and a company that takes a few weeks to tell me that I need to take machine to service center for servicing. And here is the kicker. Till date they have nor shared the location of the service center. Way to go INALSA.
