Brilliant.
I have urge incontinence, sudden need to go, which can be difficult out of the house. These fit well and much to my pleasure work perfectly if the need arises. Dry and comfortable after use.The only issue is they tend to ride down at the back but braces fixed this for me, attached to the trouser back
