I have bought these 23 times now and I like them because they are easier to swallow than some of the horse tablets out there. I agree with another reviewer who says that 3 capsules are necessary for the high dose - which works out expensive for one month's supply. Having said this, I do find they help with cramp which is a bummer when I am trying to sleep, in between bouts of chronic pain. As far as RLS is concerned, yes I would say it is a good preventative. I have fibromyalgia and these help with some of the myriad symptoms of that as well. I would like to see the price come down as there are other malates that are a higher dose and cheaper (the horse tablets) which I am able to crush with the other end of my pill cutter (or in plastic bag and hit with a meat mallet). I am always on the look out for good quality supplements, especially to help with fatigue, brain fog and sleep. I would welcome any comments or suggestions for these problems.All in all these are good depending on what you want them for as of course we are all individuals, and supplements affect people differently. Well worth trying for cramp and restless leg syndrome but take BEFORE it starts as a preventative. I also find them to be gentler on my stomach than others.AM NOW about to purchase my 24th bottle as this works so well for me in so many ways. If I miss a dose I'm back to more cramp, RLS, pain and sleeplessness. I have tried a couple of others but these are the only ones that really work for me. They are more than fit for purpose and I wouldn't be without them.

These are the best magnesium Malate capsules on the market after doing many day's research.magnesium Malate is easy to take if you have stomach problems as other forms of magnesium can cause dirahhea.I take these as i suffer insomia so i take 1 at tea time and 1 an hour before bedtime to help me sleep so are worth every penny.I have been taking these for a few months now and certainly help with the insomia and the BioCare brand is by far the best.Magnesium malate is a combination of the mineral magnesium and malic acid. I have been using Corvalen M for a few years for ME symptoms. I have tried everything for years and this seemed to help. However last year it became unavailable in Britain so I had to order from the USA. The company now have a problem in getting the raw materials so it was serious panic for me thinking I would revert back to having all my old symptoms. However, after reading reviews of the Biocare Magnesium Malate, I decided to try these, what harm could it do. I am so surprised, I wish I had found these years ago. I was suffering a lot of muscle and joint pain and so tired that I didn`t hold out much hope but after just one week I started to notice an improvement and after two it was a huge difference. If you suffer ME or Fibromyalgia, these are definitely worth a try. You have nothing to lose and hopefully everything to gain.

Arrived quickly - Good seller.First time I've used this type of Magnesium (Malate). Very impressed with quality.Helps with my severe ME/Fibromyalgia. I take two at bedtime and it definitely helps improve my sleep, which in turn helps with my symptom relief on wakening - i.e. more refreshed, less achy. I use it alongside Melatonin. I also have magnesium injections, which help with energy levels, brain fog and muscle relaxation. So it seems strange that this helps me sleep better! (I'd read somewhere to take it at night to aid sleep) But I'm not complaining!! Hope this helps somebody 😀.

Magnesium malate is gentler on my stomach than other forms, however the levels of MG absorbed from 3 pills daily is low (c30%). For price per amount of Mg absorbed, the Citrate form is better value and is also gentle on the stomach.

I have been using these for approx 1 year, I didn't want to leave a review until I could confirm the products worked. After, years of suffering with restless legs and taking this magnesium along with high dose of Vit D. I know wake rested. I will continue to take daily, highly recomend.
