I used my first bag of four in an 'unstuffed' bell pepper recipe. I usually use brown rice, but this was much yummier. Super convenient, no need to rinse (time-consuming and sometimes messy) - just pop bag into water and boil for 10 minutes. And I love that it's the tri-color little guys with different textures.
