My go to multivitamin
It's a good value for the amount of tablets inside. It covers most of your bases nutritionally. I take a few other supplements in addition, but this probably is enough of a supplement for most people if you're eating a balanced diet. I've been taking this every day for years and I've never experienced any negative side effects.

No nausea
Other multivitamin tablets have made me nauseous and I don't like chewable or gummy vitamins. I have not experienced any nausea from these, even when taken without food.

Good product but..
I’m used to take my vitamins in the morning and I got to try this brand I’ve realized it causes me nausea after taking it so I changed my routine and I started taking it after lunch.

Great
These are great whenever I remember to take them. It's a huge bottle that will last me a while since I end up taking them every other day. It makes me feel productive. As in, I feel productive for taking them, I don't know if they are actually helping me physically but I hope they are.
