I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect with this, but it works perfectly. I was shocked at how well it kept the medicine cold. I was traveling for about 5 hours and when I arrived at my hotel, the ice packs were still frozen solid. Obviously, it works best if you remembered to freeze your ice packs the night before leaving on a trip. I’m not sure how long they will last in a frozen state, but my hotel had a small fridge without a freezer and the ice packs were completely unfrozen by the 4th day while in the fridge. I also really liked the small form factor of the case which made it easy to transport in my suitcase. Highly recommend!

I bought a couple different insulin travel cases, and this one has survived the best, it’s super durable. It keeps everything cold and protected. It’s a great size, I can fit several vials as well as an insulin needles and alcohol wipes all in this pack. It’s a great value for the money.

I liked the size and function. Still cold after about 6 hours. Think it could have lasted twice as long.

It holds cool, has plenty of room inside for the ice packs and medication box.It would fit your insulin vial, pens, needles, swabs and glucose testing equipment too.I used it when we had to travel a way to a medical appointment. And it help 3 insulin pens, a handful of needle tips, alcohol swabs and 2 ice packs.It's made well. Very sturdy. Easy to use. High quality zippers. And it does not weight a lot. So very easy to carry.As I explained, it's incredibly versatile. Not just for the use of insulin supplies.Great buy.

This is a great size for both syringes and extra needles. The ice packs fit nicely. Good sturdy quality. Keep it with you and don't leave it in the car or the frozen time goes from 10 hours to 2.

I got this to help me transport my GLP1 from the pharmacy to home. I work at a hospital where my pharmacy is, I have a 10 minute walk to my car, plus an hour ride home. The pharmacy always gave me an ice pack which was lovely, however, I was getting too many at the house. I bought this as an easy travel. The ice packs are small enough to not take up too much space in your freezer. you can easily transport 6 pens (mind you, 6 pens cannot sit in the little pockets they make, but if you leave them loose and know they are loose, they will be just fine.) I also keep my medicine in the pouch in the fridge (minus the ice packs) and they stay nice and cold.I haven't had to use these for long travel days, so I cannot speak to how long the ice packs truly last, but I could see that they would last a full travel day, but that you'd want to get them into the fridge as soon as possible.

Great product

This carrier is awesome. I worried about taking my shots with me on a cruise because they should be refrigerated but this holder removed all my anxiety. Also, because we will be flying to the port of departure, this holder meets TSA standards. I know it will hold 2 of my shots easily plus the 2 gel packs that come with it. It's an enormous strain removed.
