Great taste and for long runs
Love the taste of these. So much better for long runs than gels. Being able to eat one or a couple at a time means easier digestion and doesn’t dry your mouth out. They’re go-to nutrition for me on training runs and ultra marathons.

Missing packets
I received this and the box was open inside the packaging. All of the packets had fallen out. When I went to put them back in the box, there were only 11 not 12.
