Great vitamin supplement and great value
Use this supplement daily post my colonectomy surgery to help with vitamin absorption. They are well priced and do not have any odor or after taste when swallowed.

I like that I can take a multivitamin but then double up on my AD&k.

Beneficial three ways!
I think this supplement is doing something to give me more energy. Not like caffeine, but the subtle way that I feel like doing more than I used to without it. As we get older we need more of the A, D & Ksupplementation as our bodies cannot produce enough, so it fits the bill in one tiny pill.

K1/K2 ratio is a secret
I bought these knowing the amounts of K1 and K2 were not listed on the label. It says 800mcg Vitamin K, but does not break down the amount of K1 and K2. When I called Carlyle they said it was a proprietary blend and they couldn't tell me any more than what was on their label. I think each active ingredient amount should be listed individually.
