This computer is beautiful brand new and very fast.I also have a 2009 Lenovo ThinkPad and this thing blows it out of the water! The storage capacity is 1.8 TB which is pretty decently sized. And the biggest computer capacity I've ever had! It's also very light it has USB ports usb-c ports ethernet connection Bluetooth and biometric finger scanner. It doesn't have touch screen but don't let that be a deal-breaker because you won't get greasy fingerprints all over your screen which is actually a good thing. I am very happy with my purchase and I would like to thank the seller. Thank you for making my day better by providing such good quality. It also shipped fast I had it within 2 days. And now I'm also able to play my games off steam that I wasn't able to play before. Great value for the money very pleased with my purchase keyboard functionalities great as well and it has a lit up for the buttons. It was also very easy to set up once you set up your Google account you can transfer the majority of your information and browser with ease. If you're looking for a great computer at a reasonable price this computers for you. I absolutely love my computer🤩🥳❤️💖🥰😍

I bought a refurbished item. It appears indistinguishable from a new one.Pros: Lightweight and fast for its class. Good battery life.Cons: It will not boot from a USB drive. I've tried updating the BIOS and changing the BIOS settings. A web search suggests this is a common problem with this model. If you are planning to install Linux or some other operating system this is not the laptop you want.Update: It took a little persistence but I finally got my Thinkpad to boot from a USB so I could install Linux. Here's what worked for me:1) Update the bios using the Lenovo support page2) During startup enter bios settings and disable secure boot3) Use a version 3.x usb drive. Old usb 2.0 drives didn't work for me.4) Download the free rufus application and use it burn your boot drive.5) During startup hit F12 and then choose USB 3.0 drive.I hope this helps.

I purchased this computer in May 2024 from Amazon. The computer stopped working approximately 6 months after purchase, at the end of November 2024 - blue screen. I first worked with Microsoft, and they did try various approaches, all to no avail. They believed it was most likely a hardware problem.Lenovo refused to consider it under warranty because my receipt from Amazon did not have the serial number on it. It was provided by a third party, PCOnline, whom I also contacted, and they verified that serial numbers are not shown by Amazon for "confidentiality" reasons.I had many emails back and forth with Lenovo, to no avail, as their sell date for the computer was when they sold it to a third party, and the fact that I bought it from Amazon within the normal time for a warranty was not considered as valid as I couldn't produce the serial number on my receipt. I also had registered the computer with Lenovo in May, my date of purchase, but that did not affect their position.At a loss, I bought another computer, and brought the Lenovo to a local repair place, who confirmed it was a hardware failure. After again trying to work with Lenovo, I brought it to another local repair store, who are trying to find a motherboard on Ebay to replace my faulty one. So far, no luck.I was a loyal Lenovo user before this treatment, and had bought several before with good results, but this experience has turned me against Lenovo going forward.I think machine failure may have been a fluke, but the "customer service' was non existent. Therefore, I cannot recommend purchasing a Lenovo from Amazon.
