sturdy and high-quality
The pregnancy ball has been a game-changer during my pregnancy, and I can’t recommend it enough! Whether you’re using it for exercise, relaxation, or to help with labor prep, this ball is incredibly versatile and has really helped me stay comfortable throughout my pregnancy.First off, the material is sturdy and high-quality, giving me confidence that it will hold up as I use it regularly. The ball is easy to inflate, and I love that it comes with a pump and clear instructions for use. It has just the right amount of give, making it comfortable to sit on and bounce gently, which has been fantastic for relieving pressure on my lower back and pelvis.I’ve also used it for gentle stretching and as part of my prenatal workout routine. The stability and balance exercises are perfect for strengthening core muscles and improving posture, which can be so helpful during pregnancy. It’s a great way to stay active while avoiding too much strain on the body. The pregnancy ball has also been a lifesaver in terms of sleep. I use it to help open up my hips and ease any tension before bed, which has made a noticeable difference in how I feel when I wake up.One of the biggest perks is how it can also be used in labor prep. Bouncing on the ball or rocking on it during contractions has been a great way to help open up the pelvis and encourage baby to settle into a good position.Overall, this pregnancy ball is an essential tool for any expecting mom. It’s practical, safe, and can help alleviate discomfort, stay active, and prepare for labor. I wouldn’t want to go through my pregnancy without it!

Amazing quality
I’m loving this ball so far! It came with everything you could need and more! The pump worked great it even came with extra pieces. I was really surprised by the memory book it came with. It’s so cute and really good quality. It also came with a guide book for a healthy pregnancy that has some really great tips and tricks in it. I had a pregnancy ball with my last pregnancy but this one definitely impressed me more. The material is amazing!

Durability
This ball works great for getting ready to give birth, I’m a shorter and thicker person and the ball is perfect! It was pretty easy to set up too and it came with a bunch of super helpful extras like a exercise book!

Best pregnancy ball !!
I don’t have a picture of the ball but it’s exactly like the photo. This ball is a super thick and doesn’t feel as cheap or thin like others. It comes with its own hand pump, a booklet showing you throughout the your pregnancy weeks and even after postpartum on how to use the ball. It also comes with a cute little booklet to fill out for the baby’s journey which I love so much. This ball was able to hold me up while bouncing on it and doing some stretches. I can tell you that I’m 35 weeks pregnant, 5’3, and 194 pounds and the ball was able to hold my weight like nothing. Highly recommend !

Best birth ball around
It took me a long time to pick out a birth ball to use during pregnancy. I ordered a different one originally before returning it and ordering this one. This one is much higher quality, you can tell by how thick the material is. I used this in the last trimester of pregnancy, and now I’m using it for my baby for his Physical Therapy exercises. The ball has held up great, and I haven’t experienced any air leaking. The purple color is true to the photo. Would highly recommend it if you’re not sure or just looking for a good quality birth ball. Worth every penny!

Good seat
I bought this ball because being 56 years, 5 foot 6 inches and over 300#'s finding a good chair to help improve my posture at work is difficult. I filled the ball most of the way the first day and a lot more the next day. It holds the air and my wide behind well. I have no problems with it trying to roll away, I sort of reach back and hold it as I am going to sit down. I move it to wherever in the office I am working on my projects and use it at various points though out the day. This is the first time I have tried a ball for a work chair and I do like it. Poor posture causes a lot of pain and it is incredibly easy to fall into bad positions in a regular chair.

55cm is great for us shorter gals!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am 5'2 so I needed a 55cm birth ball. I love that this came with a booklet of exercises and was easy to inflate. Taking off one star as we have to re-inflate every few days, but it's easy enough to do so.

Exactly What I Paid For.
Came with everything. The initial smell of the ball was a little off putting and inflating it was tedious. Air retention doesn't seem to be a problem thus far. Function and Durability there is no doubt. Originally bought it for myself but it seems my two kids and husband have even helped themselves to using it so it's already paid for itself with how much use it is getting. The guide is really nice to have as well and has good information. The baby book was a thoughtful touch but I could take it or leave it. Honestly worth what I paid for it in my opinion. Would definitely recommend.
