Great features and design
It is an excellent featured stroller but my wife, rightly, was not sure about the supporting mechanism saying it could be an issue of suddenly falls. So we returned it. The cushioning needs to improve though. Our child actually loved it so it was a shame that we decided to return.

Quick and fast response to any kind of requests made to the company. Special shout out to the customer care person - Sourav SauThese days companies provide very cheap customer service to save money. We as customer know how difficult to get in touch. That's where Luvlap shines. I have been using this stroller for last 10 months. It's sturdy and reliable. But I lost a front wheel while travelling. Called their customers service in panic. They replaced it within 6-7 days which was unheard of. I had my doubts but they won my hearts.
