I generally like Arm & Hammer products and these wipes are no exception. They work well for cleaning and they're soothing on my skin. Unfortunately the packaging doesn't work very well. In order, I assume, to create "value" they have crammed 48 of these wipes into the package. As others have noted, because they're so tightly packed they are prone to tear and you get several when you only meant to pull out one. Hopefully, they'll get this corrected because it is a good product.

Excellent product

I liked the wipes for the fresh clean feel after using it. There was no irritation on sensitive areas and flushes without clogging when you limit two or three at a time. I only had one issue with the packaging dispenser which is hard to pull out just one wipe without tearing apart. Several wipes cling to one another and bunch up when gently pulled out. I hope they make a wider opening on top for easier dispensing.

I'll never purchase this product again, and don't recommend it for anyone else. It's impossible to dispense one, two or even 3 wipes out of the package without a fierce struggle. They are packed together so tightly that a wad comes out every time. By then the wipes are in shreds falling apart. Price was right, but not the usual quality I expect from Arm & Hammer. Extremely frustrating when you're trying to use the bathroom in a hurry.

Solved the problem.

It is not possible to pull one towel from the package and the more you try the towels tear and break off so that you are left with several towels, broken and torn. When I use the bundle of towels I do not get clean and wound up with a dirty hand. (I bought these to avoid dirty hands.) I will try to return or get a refund, but I'm not going to ship these back. I use Amazon for convenience. I hate losing money like this. I chose this product because it was a reputable name brand and in this case this that didn't mean a thing.

I purchased these wipes to use during that in-between period after surgery when you're still but not yet showering. The wipes had a nice, light, fresh scent and cleaned my bum well. But I agree with other reviewers... these wipes tear up and clump together every time you pull one out. Heck, they do it even if you just look at them! It's quite frustrating and makes you use multiple more than you mean to. I don't know that I'd purchase again unless there was a fix for this issue.
