Nice addition to my Pilates workout
Love this!!! And I love the color, too.Super easy to inflate. The included pump is small and fits into the small box with the deflated Pilates ball, along with the helpful pins.The instructions are easy to follow, as are the Pilates exercises.Highly recommended to add to your Pilates workout!

Perfect Pilates Ball
I use a ball similar in my Pilates classes. I wanted one for the house to practice in between courses. This is perfect. It doesn't lose air (remember, for Pilates you do want some slack). It is easy to grab with one hand, which is great to pass under for alternating straight leg, and the cost is very reasonable.

An right-sized exercise ball that retains inflation no leaks
A ball that is just the right size. I purchased this ball for shoulder work by rolling against the wall before pickleball. I inflated it just one time. The inflator is easy to use. Inflates quickly. Most importantly the ball retains the pressure -no leaking no need to reinflate. Price to value is very reasonable. Quality wise this ball is reliable and fills my exercise warm up needs. I think it will for you also

Small Pilates Ball Activate the Muscles
These balls are a great way to add challenge to a workout when using additional weights might be inappropriate or difficult. The variety of ways to use these small balls is helpful. My favorite is putting the ball behind the knee to activate the hamstring and glute for a leg lift front, side or back. You will definitely feel it!It is also very helpful if you have participants that have either knock knees (knee go in) or bow legged (knees go out). Put the ball between the knees to do a more perfect squat keeping the hip, knee and ankles aligned. Or put the balls between the knees or ankles and lower the legs while laying on your back Great form every time.

After 600 pumps it was still not fully inflated but usable
Though I could not get it fully inflated after 600 'pumps', meaning hard, it was okay because the therapy exercise calls for a slightly soft ball - which actually makes it easier to hold on to. It does lose inflation in a few days so you have to pump it up again. Glad I didn't buy one you inflate with a straw - I don't think my jaw could take that! The first shipment was missing parts, but Amazon sent a replacement the next day and I can take the free return to Whole Foods Market. Perfect.
