Expensive for a reason. They are perfect. The Rolls Royce of adult incontinence briefs. I have 32-34 inch waist and I buy small size. Medium okay but not so snug. Tapes are very strong and will not come away but can be retaped easily.

Love that you can pretty much empty your bladder fully into these 5-6 times and there is no leaks! 10/10 although I wouldn’t recommend wearing these without baggy clothing - Gym leggings are a No NO 😂

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this nappy. Its extremely absorbant, very well made, it's comfortable and I can fully rely on no embarrassing leaks. I would compare it closely with northshore megamax, but 30% cheaper. My new go to nappy for sure

Much better than many you can acquire elsewhere and something that I have found helpful following an incomplete spinal injury -- the NHS mostly would rather I went through intermittent catheterisation -- very absorbent and will last for many hours, if perhaps the opposite of subtle.

Never had these before but they fit great and super absorbent too. Quality us great too.

Look good, but sized much larger than other makes, and you only find this out over opening so can't return.

Surprised by the amount of positive reviews, perhaps I’m a moaner but I found them very bulky uncomfortable difficult to put on tabs are too short. chafing noisier than any other types I’ve worn before. and of course very expensive well for my part I won’t be buying them again.
