I am very pleased. It took about 3 months to tell a difference but I can definately tell it now. It may cause a little water retention but worth it

5 stars on the creatine itself. Tasty and delicious. 3 stars for the container because its too tall and skinny. If you have bigger hands, you'll have a hard time reaching in to get the bottom 1/5 of the creatine out of it. Either need a shorter and wider container, or a scoop with a longer handle.
