Very pleased with the soothing effect, just lost beloved husband. So needed some help

I’ve been using Kalms herbal sleeping pills for the past three nights, taking one pill each night as directed. Unfortunately, they had absolutely no effect on my sleep. Despite taking them, I found myself lying awake until 4 a.m., just as I usually do without any sleep aids.Hoping for better results, I decided to double the dose and take two pills the next night. Even then, there was no noticeable difference – I remained wide awake and unable to drift off. After giving them multiple chances, I concluded they simply don’t work for me. I won’t be purchasing them again and ended up throwing the rest of the pack away. For anyone considering these, I’d recommend looking for an alternative if you’re struggling with serious sleep issues.

They actually work me and my boyfriend both been having trouble sleeping and they work for us both very good with in half hour to forty five minutes after taking you feel tired and ready to sleep. Will be purchasing them again.
