Works but at a cost….
These taste great and help with regulation. However, I did notice I get much more bloated and gassy while taking them. I was taking it consistently for two months and was bloated and extra gassy the whole time. Once I stopped, I was no longer bloated and gassy but that might just be the nature of fiber. Otherwise it really helped with regulating

Dependable brand and works fantastic! This is a very good source of prebiotic fiber. The majority of the country does not get enough fiber in their diet. This is a great way to get soluble fiber, and they taste fantastic!

Less than a month taking them...
It's been less than a month taking these fiber gummies and to be honest, I do not notice much of difference. I take two every morning on an empty stomach with water--as if they were pills. No difference in my gut health. I will give it another month before I reassess my future purchases.
