easy to assemble and looks good

Not a bad item, but no support from seller
I received this item promptly, and it assembled pretty easily. It appears to be pretty well designed and looks good. However, the very first time that I put a pool cue in the holder, the upper plastic clip used to hold the cues broke. This happened two additional times, so I now have 3 broken upper cue holder clips. I went to Amazon to report this issue, and I can return the entire order, but there is no way to provide vendor feedback or contact the seller for support. I am hoping the vendor will see this review and reach out to me with new parts.

Nice cue holder
Bought this to hold our cues and chalk and racks. I wanted a floor model instead of a wall model. This fits our space and decor perfectly.

Cheap garbage, not super fun to assemble and clips are very brittle. Broke one with first cue being put in. Go with a different one đź‘Ť

Top of the Pool stick holder doesn’t work
Put this together pretty easy. Love the look and was super excited to get it all set up for our get together with friends. Unfortunately the top part that is supposed to hold the pool stick is too small for every pool stick we have and 3 of them are broken. The bottom part does just fine. So disappointed! Already have it up on the wall so I’ll look for replacement parts for it if I can find something. If it actually worked and held the pool sticks I would definitely have given 5 stars.

Buyer beware
I too just installed and the clips already broke! The item is not made from engineered wood, its pressed cardboard so I don't expect it to last too long. Amazon is replacing the clips by shipping an entire new unit so I can pull out the clips and then return the unit in the box with the defective clips.
