Why did I never think to put something like this on my bottles with annoying flip top lids that don’t like to stay closed when suitcases are abused by airport employees?!I put my toiletries in a dedicated bag with a zipper, so if they do leak, the mess is generally contained. But you still end up losing whatever product was spilled.I came across these silicone covers a while ago and finally decided to add to cart when i traveled recently. I was concerned that they might be too big for the bottles i had, but that was unfounded.The silicone covers are stretchy so they’ll fit relatively large bottles well, and they’ll also fit normal bottles. They even work with travel sized products! I had a small travel sized container of baby shampoo since that’s my secret to removing makeup, and the lid of that bottle is just as annoying as the full size version. It’s the same! The silicone cover handled it wonderfully.To be honest, i wish I’d had more things to put these silicone covers on, but i only had seven. When i got home, the covers were in place, in tact and dry! I was pleased. One of them did break, which was disappointing, but the product wasn’t spilled. I’m not sure if it was the shape of the bottle, the way i put it on or a defect in the silicone cover. I’m inclined to say it was the last option since silicone is pretty durable, and it’s not like i used this on a metal bottle or something sharp or hard. But, that still left me with seven covers and i can’t wait to use them again!

Took a spring trip and I put a couple of bottles of toiletries in a ziplock. Upon arrival I found that one bottle leaked quite a bit, and while it didn’t get on my clothes, it got on other stuff in the bag and it was a mess that had to be cleaned up (plus I lost a substantial amount of product). I have used these on lots of different sizes of bottles since and so far it’s worked perfectly.

This are perfect to prevent spill of liquid or cream lotions when traveling. I only give it 4 stars because the more you use it the thinner it gets and eventually breaks.

Another thing that once you buy it you will wonder why you never had these before. I have always used tape on my bottles that were going to be in my checked luggage. This year I bought some of these, some compression packing cubes, and silicone bottles for my shampoos etc. This item and the silicone bottles are the greatest thing ever made. I also bought the Nishel toiletry bag which I can add to my new favorite travel items.

So far so good with these travel condoms for bottles. I have used them once and I had no leaks. Easy to clean, dry, small and stretchy, material does not feel like it will break with only a couple of uses.

Perfect travel accessories!! I'm always worried about EVERYTHING opening or spilling, especially when we go somewhere without a washer/dryer. This changed everything!! I have covered shampoo, contact cases, soda, everything you can think of. They're durable and the material is thick enough but still stretches over what it needs to.

I bought these for a 4-month trip across the US and overseas. I only gave them 3 stars because several of these silicone bottle covers got holes in them immediately - like they didn't last more than a day or two. A couple got holes in them as I was putting them on for the first time. I was being careful, NOT over-stretching them or trying to test how far they could go.However, the ones that didn't break right away worked well. I had no leakage from any of my toiletries.

Very handy to reduce spillage in your luggage. Be willing to try out different sizes and give them a few days to see if they self adjust. I had this happen with two different shaped bottles and I tried a different size and it worked.
