Good vitamin

So far so good, from what I can tell. These vitamins arrived on time and the bottle packaging was perfect. No funny smell and the capsules are easy to swallow. The price for the amount of pills included is a good value. A serving size is 1 pill. They leave no after taste nor cause any heartburn or indigestion.Even with taking supplements my Vit D always runs on the low side. These help it from dropping too low. My husband is on chemo, and recently his Vit D levels dropped. So, his oncologist put him on prescription Vit D. Those pills are HUGE, and he has a hard time swallowing them. Plus, the prescription doesn't have the Vit K to help with absorption. We're hoping these help. We will see when his next blood panel is drawn.

Haven't noticed anything significant, but I'm going to keep taking. All good stuff inside!

I'm guessing this works but I didn't do enough research. After taking this for about 10 days I started to experience dry mouth, & nausea and wasn't sure why. I looked up the side effects of too much vitamin D. Sure enough it's due to vitamin D. I was only taking one per day.
