I read about these pro biotics and must admit I was sceptical. I have lychan planus, which can be really, really bad and thought I might just as well try these. They have made a real difference and have help keep things much, much more manageable. Really pleased I tried them and will keep on with them.

There is very little information on this product. Not supplied with any instructions on dosage. Reliant on description and reviews. Sadly no positive notable differences in my health or wellbeing. Capsules are very large. Cannot judge on value as the effectiveness of this product is non existent for me.

I am not entirely sure if it worked or not. At first I seemed ok but got a really bad headache with them, which is strange for probiotics

I’m so glad I found this product! Unfortunately I have to take antibiotics fairly regularly at the moment and every time a few days later there is that familiar fishy smell downstairs. I couldn’t get on with pessaries and felt like I was injuring myself, and the oral option prescribed by my doctor was full of lactose which scrambled my guts. With these probiotics I can just take one a day until the smell goes away, magic 🙌! I used maybe half the bottle last time and so I still have the other half ready to use now after my latest batch of antibiotics. I’ll definitely be keeping a supply of these for when they are needed!
