Lions Mane
Started off with other brands. I like this brand because it is sugar free and suitable for those who can’t have gelatin. It’s also 2000mg rather than 1000mg.Tastes great and it’s a once a day job.

I don’t think it’s the brand for me
I’ve had other brands which I found where really good and I felt the benefits sadly with this brand I didn’t. Despite them saying there the same amount of lions mane. My partner said they were ok but he’d never taken lions mane before.These do taste Devine though and theyre cheaper than other brands

It’s worth a try.
I can only tell you what it does for me. I got these just to shut my son up but I’m glad he nagged me. With a few days of taking this I really could feel the difference, no more brain fog and improved concentration. I admit I take more than the recommended dose. I increased the dose gradually until I felt the best results. I take 2 three times a day. No side affects at all and I definitely know if I’ve forgotten to take them….my memory is shocking and asking the dog what I did with my key’s doesn’t work.
