Usually if I see a recipe with breadcrumbs or panko I just flip past it. Now that I’ve discovered these GF panko bread crumbs, it has opened up a ton of new recipes for my family and me. Most recently: Linguini and shrimp with lemon-pistachio bread crumbs. Delicious! It’s definitely worth keeping a box or two of these in my pantry.

So yummy! We have used these to make chicken tenders, fried cheese sticks, and baked chicken! So many options and recipes that would work! Definitely will buy again and we'll keep as a staple in my pantry. So thankful they are gluten-free because I have celiac disease! They are delicious!

I definitely prefer the regular Peko, but my daughter has celiac so we are having to adjust. This works just fine, the taste is fairly neutral.

While it browns a little slower than traditional panko and is a bit more expensive, it is crunchier than any bread crumb you will use. Its flavor is mild making it very versatile. I’m even considering it as a filler for gluten free pie crust, mixing it with gluten free shortbread cookies, butter, sugar and cream for moisture.

This panko produces an ultra-crisp layer on top of chicken or nearly anything else you want to have that crispy layer. Easy to use and great value for the price. The panko is packaged in an aluminum bag with seal to ensure contents remain crisp. The box I received had an expiration date 14 months out. I guarantee it will be gone before then.

This is a large crumble panko which I’m not a huge fan of. Flavor is good though, next time I use it I’ll prob throw it in the blender and break it up a bit more.
