As a regular traveller, this connector USB C to HDMI is perfect to be carried around and I was able connect to most hotel TV from my phone and IPad. It fit with most of my devices which allows me to watch Netflix and practice my presentations. It really display good quality images without any time delay. I purchased the 3m lead and the quality is second to none including the lead itself is robust. I consider good value for money. Highly recommended for work and leisure.

amazing cable for with your laptop does not have an HDMI port, but has usb-c. plug it in, plug t into the monitor or tv and then you can mirror or extend to the device.I use this both in my personal life and for work, its a great quality cable

The amount of money I have wasted on cables to connect my Samsung S8+ to the t.v. is madness! I have never found one that works until now! I wanted the cable to be able to play home videos on the t.v. and was desperate to find one that worked in time for my sister's birthday because I had put together a special photo collage video for her and wanted to be able to play it on a big screen. When the cable arrived, I was so dubious about plugging it in and I was worried I would yet again have that feeling of disappoint I have had with all other cables I had tried in the past. I was absolutely over the moon when I attached the cable to the t.v., selected the correct input channel on my remote and bam...there was my phone screen on the t.v. clear as day!!! No software or special apps needed, it worked instantly! I have been into phone shops in the past and they have told me a cable plugged straight into the t.v. would never work and that I'd have to spend over £50 for a piece of equipment! Clearly this isn't the case and I'm so glad I took the plunge in purchasing this cable!To get the best viewing experience for your home movies, make sure that you film with your phone horizontal in wide screen view because portrait videos will not fill the screen and there isn't an option to rotate the image for the t.v. so therefore portrait videos come out quite small on the t.v. screen. The audio is good quality and so is the picture. The cable itself is very sturdy and I believe it will have a lot of life in it. I'm so very happy I stumbled across this cable on Amazon and I would highly recommend to anyone with an android phone who wants to view home videos and photos on a large screen, plus it works really well for watching films on Amazon prime etc! This would also be great for taking away on holiday in the UK if there aren't many channel options on the t.v! In my opinion this is a must have cable for a smart phone! Please note that this cable will only fit phones that use the new curved edge charger port and won't work for the older style curved top and flat bottom port.

Neither my MacBook Pro M2 nor iPad Pro M1 work with my Acer Predator X34p monitor - screen just flashes on and off even at lower resolutions. Does work with another 1920x1080 monitor. Tried with my LG OLED TV and only got 4K 30Hz. An Apple adapter works in all cases - 3440x1440 on Acer and 4K 60Hz on TV as it would have been tidier. Returned once as assumed faulty but obviously incompatible with my monitor.
