Great for beginners in sourdough
Just started out on my sourdough journey and this kit has been a great start! I love how easy it was to learn to use the tools with the directions that come included. I was able to use the tool to mix the dough and the bowls to let it rest. I also love the scoring tool and how I was able to come with extra blades. Such a great purchase if you are getting started on your dough journey!

Perfect size
Great for a small family or soup bread bowls. I have making large loaves of bread for me and my son. But these little ones are perfect for a meal. Don’t have as much waste and bread does not dry out

Great starter set
This was a great price for any baker starting their sourdough journey. I wish the banneton was a little bigger bit otherwise it has everything (and more) for a successful loaf.

Alright Bannetons
Definitely have some splinters and stray string from the basket lining. If purchasing again I would probably spend a few more dollars and get something a bit nicer, but they are alright and will work fine if this is in your price point.
