My mom always had shoulder and neck pain because she sleeps on her side. This pillow is a game changer for her. She no longer experiences the pain.

When I am experiencing neck or shoulder pain this is the only pillow that provides enough support. I bought this because my shoulder was making it impossible to sleep on my side, either side, but with this pillow I was able to sleep on my side again. The relief area provides a much needed cradle for your head and ear.

The item is great but didn’t give me the relief that I needed. It was very well made and very comfortable. It did provided neck support, it allows your neck to relax into the pillow. It holds its shape day after day. Overall it is a great product but just didn’t fully work for my neck ailments.

If you have a sore neck this will help you sleep better even if it is only for a short period of time. The support is good and the size is good. The quality of the pillow so far has been good. I bought this when my neck was really sore and I used it for two months awhile I had physical therapy to help my neck, I think it would have taken longer if I hadn't had this pillow.

I was really hopeful for this pillow. I love that it stays cool and it is reasonably priced however it did not do enough for my aching shoulder or the need to put my arm under my pillow. I will keep looking. It is heavy since it is a temperpedic style pillow. Please note the shape of the pillow does not blend with regular standard size pillows and you may need to hide behind decorative pillows when your bed is made as it sticks out like a sore thumb.

But he was afraid of looking bad in front of his people, so he started sleeping on the pillow. Night after night, he woke up with increasing neck and back pain. The pillow was just terrible. As he walked by the houses, the people. whose neck and back also were in the worst shape of their lives, also stood up straight and complimented the emperor on his new pillow.The moral of this story: it's ok to right a bad review about the stupidest pillow ever made.First off, I was totally convinced by all the videos I watched. However, this pillow does not do what the videos say it does. First, people come in different sizes. When I first opened the box, and this little pillow fell out, I knew immediately that this pillow was sized for a child. I bought a queen sized pillow, so I assumed that the misunderstanding was with me. But night after night, I would wake up with knots in my neck and back. After the fifth night, the pain was so bad that I nearly had my wife take me to the ER. The pillow can't support the neck because the distance from the base of the pillow to the top of the pillow is less then the distance from the edge of my shoulder to the base of my neck. How can a pillow support my neck if it doesn't match the measurements of your body? Second, the videos claim that the pillow matches the angle of your spine, so that you won't sleep in strange angles. Put the top of the pillow is essentially parallel with the surface of the bed. If you're like me, your hips are a different width than your shoulders. As such, your spine isn't parallel to the bed when you sleep on your side. but, the pillow doesn't account for this. Third, the pillow is too small to wrap your arms round it. The images you see of people with their arms wrapped comfortably around the pillow have clearly been altered the pillow just isn't big enough for any of that.Long story short, this pillow did nothing to improve my sleep. But it did everything to make my neck and back much worse. I have been awake for eight hours now, and my neck and back still ache. I will not be sleeping on this pillow again.

I bought a second one for future because I love this pillow so much. It's lasted 8 months now. The center is indented for the ear, which may be why this pillow is so perfect for relieving neck pain.

Sweet relief for the morning neck ache. Double pillow cases are removable for washing. I've tried a similar one from a discount store and that one was a waste of money. This is the one that works for my old neck bones.
