I have become a fan of the roll on version as opposed to the spray. The application is more direct and seems to last longer.

This looks like it comes with gel sole inserts and a roll on pain reliever. It is only the roll on with 4% lidocaine and 1% menthol. Same as many topical pain relievers on the market. Nothing special or different. Price was ok but generic at CVS is cheaper

Works well and quickly. You do have to apply multiple times a day which can be annoying wish it lasted a bit longer. Smell is strong almost compare to icy hot, but it’s a good price and works so I’m giving it 5 stars.

Really helps several areas. I used this on my feet, neck, shoulder, and arthritic nodule on my thumb and I can tell it helps, not really long-lasting but I was happily surprised, because I was really thinking this was just gimmicky.
