This is absolutely a migraine and post-op jaw replacement surgery game changer! I've had stress migraines my whole life and sometimes the only thing that will work is ice but now I have this beautiful gel head wrap and it brings immediate relief! Ironically several months into owning this I've had to have permanent dental implants along with titanium jaw replacement. When I use it for these two purposes post-op I slip it other way so that it covers my cheekbones all the way down to my neck to treat permanent dental implant and post up jaw replacement surgery. It does not stink and it washes very easily by hand. Be very careful to not move the gel around inside too much because it can make it a little difficult to flatten it out again. If you have trouble with that after it's frozen make sure you melt it wash it and then adjust while it is still wet. It dries very quickly. One of the best things I've owned for migraines and post-op facial surgery.

It definitely can on time I woke up with a horrible headache. Looked outside and saw the box out. There didn’t bother open it till I had my coffee thinking that’s what I needed. It was a caffeine no didn’t go away, so I got my little box and opened it and I found my little head cushion and threw it in the freezer with the ice as I drink my coffee after a good 30 minutes 45 minutes I felt like it was cool enough. So I took it out. It was cold. It was in the bag. I opened it put it on over my eyes over my head within a couple of minutes not even minutes seconds brain freeze eyes were frozen. Why did I put it on who convinced me to put it on my head was gone, but I had a massive brain freeze. I took it off right away And I was like what the hell was that it worked my headache was gone, but I had a brain freeze. I had to go sit outside for my head to thaw out, so yes, it does work. I used it most of the day to cool off my face and my puffy eyes so it’s damn good product it works. I’m glad I bought it. Don’t keep it in the freezer for too long.

Very cold at first, takes your breath away. Only last for 20 minutes.

HEAVEN. My wife suffers from regular migraines. This is an instant fix if she feels one coming in or one hits her unexpectedly. It is a FIRM fit so if you don’t like significant pressure on your head be aware. Is strong. Stays cold for about 30 minutes if you have left it in the freezer for a long time. Easy to slip on over your head.

Absolutely love this cool cap. It’s nice and snug adding compression therapy along with the cooling gel has done wonders for my migraines. It’s also a killer way to cool down quickly after being out in the Florida heat.

Amazing relief but for maybe 10-20 min so I got 3 of them to rotate

Works just as it's advertised. Soft to the touch with just the right amount of pressure. I originally bought 2 as gifts but just bought 1 for myself because they told me how great they work

Love it. Even if I don't have a migraine I use it to sleep
