Peel and slice without cutting yourself. Very sharp. Would buy again.

I like it really well. I don’t always use the guard, however knife itself is very sharp. Excellent for tomatoes etc. slightly bigger than a paring knife but not too big.

I'm a former professional chef who cooks a lot and thought this might be a quick way to make thin cucumber or zucchini strips but I haven't found the gadget to be as easy to use as depicted. I'll stick to my mandolin and use these more as extra paring knives. Unfortunately, I waited too long to be able to return them.

Flexible knife, not very consistent in cutting or peeling

Yes, they are difficult to use, and a little scary at the same time. Totally prefer a more traditional style.
