This is not the usual cinnamon which is Cassia- I love cinnamon A LOT so for health reasons I needed to switch from the cassia to the Ceylon. Ceylon has health benefits that are better for me. This can usually be expensive but this is a great price for the size. The smell of ceylon is different and it seems like it's legit.

I'm not happy that I cannot return this nasty stuff. It has literally a minute amount of cinnamon flavor and is also very grainy. It did not dissolve in my tea like other Ceylon Cinnamon does. What a waste of money and hopefully I won't die of whatever it was I ingested this morning. Buyer beware!Update: I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 because of their excellent customer service. They reached out to me after seeing my review and were willing to look into the situation with their processing and they fully refunded my money with a smile. Even though the cinnamon was not useful to me, they did right by me and I appreciate that.

Great smokey taste! We use this often. Came in an easy to use and resealable bag. High quality paprika with a nice flavor.

This smells great and adds a smoky taste to my homemade rubs and sauces. It has a nice powdery texture. It is a great quality product. It is resealable, but I put mine into glass jars for better storage. I would recommend this product. It also adds a mild smokiness when sprinkled on my deviled eggs.

Ceylon cinnamon is the best cinnamon and only true healthy choice, BUT this brand has the very best taste!! It is very light in texture, works great in food and drinks, smells amazing, and it's very good for you. All around a win. Oh, and the price is fair.
