Quite expensive but nourishing for convalescence. Banana flavour is good

I was prescribed Fortisip a few years ago after a very debilitating illness, so when I began recently to lose energy and 'get-up-and-go' I decided to buy some. Worked a treat so I use 1 bottle a day but spread it out over the day and gradually I realised I was able to do more again.Very disappointed that it now seems to come in cardboard boxes instead of the bottles I am used to. Box lids very tight and difficult to open for arthritic hands plus not the easiest to drink from so need to be decanted into something else. I'm saving the bottles I already have to re-use.However, it's the contents that matter, even if the council won't take these boxes for recycling, and the contents - great! 100%. Highly recommended. My 2 favourite flavours are Banana and Strawberry.

This is recommended by my wife's carers and as my wife finds it difficult to eat and therefore is lacking some of the nutrients needed to keep healthy, these fit the bill perfectly.

Easy small drinks that contains alot of great stuff like protein and calories, for somebody who struggles to eat the daily intake of calories this is a great and cheap source that tastes amazing and gives me a short boost of what I need at the start of each day

Tast not very nice, put some milk shake mix in doesn't come in bottles it's in cartons

Got this for a 92 year old chap who has had his fair share of medical ops and more,was recommended by his GP...he feels these vitamin drinks help his immunity,even tho' he's had 4 jabs,shingles and covid for the second time.He really likes the banana flavour cooled from the fridge....the price has snuck up a wee bit but still better value than from over the counter.Delivery time is pretty good too.

Banana flavour is my Mum's favourite,she loves these when she wants something quick and is busy.Alsi gives her an energy boost and maintains her weight.

Use when I get a bowel flare up. Gentle on gastric tract. Do cause me some bloating though. Not keen on the artificial banana flavour. Vanilla or strawberry much nicer. I have had these in hospital and also prescription so know they are fine to use.
