Been taking this for years, great stuff also taking magnesium thoenate for deep sleep for year or so now.TAKE BOTH JUST BEFORE SLEEP! Oh my, I have never slept so good in my life. Wake up without brain fog, still bit heavy from the magnesium, but actually have energy and feel awake when I wake.Take magnesium earlier to not feel so heavy in the morning (muscle relaxant), but if you take both earlier, It took my longer to fall asleep.So both just before sleep, easiest, super quality sleep.

Great for vegans

I've recently purchased a second bottle of this supplement. I find it has no taste or aftertaste. Easy to swallow and reasonable price. I did however notice there was no mention of EPA on the bottle and so emailed the company directly to be told the product doesn't contain EPA at all and was given a few links to articles explaining why DHA is "the real powerhouse" as they called it. Since then I've read countless articles and many say that both types of omega three are necessary, other articles say that the importance of either one depends on the reason you want to add a supplement to your diet (anti inflammatory -better go for one that contains EPA or if brain health is the main reason, DHA is more essential, for example)if you're only looking for a high dose DHA Omega 3 supplement then this is great. If you're after a supplement that contains both, then this isn't it.

Good item

I just started using this supplement earlier this year. The first plastic container contained 60 capsules in the shape of a 'droplet'. The container bottle was just about the right size for 60 capsules and they were a good size and very easy to swallow. They didn't leave any lasting taste in your mouth so I am very pleased with these.However, my second purchase came in a bottle twice the size of the first with the same amount of 60 capsules. A waste of plastic and unnecessarily large for the contents, in my opinion, considering the global issue with plastic. Also the shape of the capsules changed to a 'traditional' oblong and were a little larger so harder to swallow. I much prefer the former regarding bottle size and supplement shape. No problem with the product itself but I would like to see Vegan Vitality revert back to a smaller bottle and the former shape.

Many people have recommended this brand to me (one who had it recommended by her professional herbalist). It's always difficult to say whether supplements have 'worked' or not but I can say that they're easy to swallow and don't leave any unpleasant after taste. Great to have a vegan version of this. The delivery was prompt too.
