Delicious and good for you
Delicious and good for you - if you're going to eat gummies, might as well eat ones that have benefits. Ginger settles the stomach, and tumeric is good for so many thingsnm (for me, it fights inflammation).

If you like gummy vitamins this may work for you.
Interesting taste and texture. It's been quite awhile since I've taken this product. At the time I found it an easy to swallow vitamin despite its chewiness which was new to me. I'd say it's effectiveness was there. Regarding speed, it took a little longer to take than a non-gummy form of the same vitamins.
