Ok...I normally do not leave reviews because most items are generically standard performance items. HOWEVER, I must say I was extremely surprised and impressed by the operational performance of this AC unit. First, it's 'small', about 2/3rds the size of my other portable room AC of 12,000btu. I was certain that the 16,000btu rating on this unit was a little ambitious, so I decided to prove the point by testing the unit using an AC output thermometer (as I was certain I would be sending it back). It took 5 minutes for the unit to stabilize and put out a consist 41-degree Fahrenheit airflow. My front room is 25ft x 30ft and this little unit was cooling it without effort. Also, the noise level, on high fan, was about 1/2 that of my other 12,000btu unit (low fan setting hardly makes noise...about like a small fan). Since I'm using this as a backup, I didn't unpack the remote control; however, its' layout looks simple and functional. Lastly, the window block and exhaust hose are ingeniously designed so that you do not have to cut anything or 'thread' on the hose mounts. The system is a 'snap lock' design, and everything snaps in place tightly and securely. Total set up time took about 5 minutes. Oh...and I definitely kept the unit and may buy another.

Completely worth the money!! It is a small size.but it's powerful enough !that cools down very fast. Little noise as it runs. Easy installation !And Remote works easy .Nice design for sure! I particularly like that the air vents are on the side so you can feel the coolness quickly. it should and cold enough for us.Easy to install and use! Overall it was a great choice so far! This is highly suggest!

This portable AC works perfectly in my large room. It cools fast, runs quietly, and the WiFi control through the app is super convenient. Setup was simple with the included window kit. I love the modern design and easy controls. Definitely a great buy!

Overall, it’s a reliable, user-friendly option for renters or those needing flexible cooling—just don’t expect whisper-quiet performance on the highest setting.

I just got the unit. It came perfectly packaged. No damage at all on the outer side of the box. Installing is super easy (all of them are to be honest).What impressed me the most is how light and small the unit is for a 16,000 BTU unit.At full fan speed, the noise level is not bad.I contacted customer support and the answer was immediate. Kudos.I’m in South Florida. Outside temp is 90 oF and humidity around 50%. It cools a relatively large area very good (set at 74 oF).Construction quality is very good.Overall it was a great choice so far.

UPDATE: After a month of usage we are very pleased and quite surprised of the shear amount of water this thing condenses from thin air. We are getting one full big bucket of water everyday this summer. It's still not 16000 BTUs of cooking so 4 stars. But damn it's an incredible machine to remove humidity from the air.Works great but it is NOT by any means a 16000 BTU AC. I have several portable ACs and this one definitely does not have the right power. Thinking about returning it since it is pricey for a 10k BTU one.

We set this up in our living room, venting it up the fireplace flue as a window wasn't nearby. Brought the temperature down from high 70s to the low 70s in about an hour in a 21x15 foot room. Wifi setup was easy. Would be nice if it would work on 5g wifi. Wish it would move a little more volume of air and also that it had a heat mode (like the earlier versions of this model), but overall we're happy with the performance!
