Love the taste, dissolves easily and definitely helps keep me hydrated. Especially in the Florida heat and humidity. My son uses this as well for football and keeps his performance level up.

Very good product it really works

Flavor is pretty good and comparable to any other hydration drink. It mixes well in water, cold or hot, and provides a good amount of energy. I mixed it in a camelbak bladder and it didn't make it all clumpy and sticky like other hydration powders can. Good stuff!!

Before taking any supplement of Evogen I would recommmed making the effort and looking closely into their ingredients and researching them, educating yourself about what they do what the potential side effects can be and how risky or safe they are. Just because they are over the counter sold supplements doesn’t mean they are harmless. If you are not sure double-check with your doctor.
