Q: if i take this downhill mountain biking, will it still be on the bike by the time i reach the bottom of the hill? There are many high speed impacts

Thanks for the great question. The magnetic mounting is quite strong but we can't guarantee it will stand up to use in extreme sports. It's also essential to make sure the TUNAI Button is seated properly in the mounting base in order for the magnet to hold it properly. Q: My question, is button always awake while in range? As opposed to going into sleep mode when a button is not pressed within a few minutes. Thank you

TUNAI Button is always connected while in range - you can press the keys on the Button to operate at any time. TUNAI Button goes into the sleep mode in about 10 seconds after disconnecting from your mobile device (e.g. not in operating range), and you will need to tap on any key on TUNAI Button to wake it up and connect again before operating it. Q: Has anyone used this inside a hot sauna?

This is only "splash proof" i.e. IPX5. This means that the device is not intended for prolonged emersion. I have this mounted on a motorcycle. If I'm caught in a heavy rain, I will cover it with a small ziploc bag. I would do the same in a Sauna, since the water is basically vaporized and easily gets past the basic seals.
