GREAT for heavy periods too!
These work FANTASTIC for heavy periods!!!!Trust me, when I say, that none of the large extra heavy period pads come even close to the comfort and SECURITY of this product! They are soooooo soft and light as a feather, but thick padded and much more secure to combat overflow and leaking!!!I suffer from extremely heavy menstruation, and THIS product is a LIFE SAVER - especially during the night, when half of my insides decide to avalanche. So instead of arming myself with two super thick pads and a towel wrapped around my underside like Tarzan's best friend, I took the plunge and ordered this - and I AM SO GRATEFUL for these! Not only do they really, really work, they are the softest and most comfortable things to wear! Skin irritation was always a problem with the glue from those pads - not anymore! It's like wearing CLOUDS. Not even joking!I can HIGHLY recommend these for any menstruation sufferers like me!!! If I could give ten stars, I would!!! ♥

Pleasantly Surprised: Edited to super pleasantly surprised.
Things they didn't tell us when we're young:1. After childbirth coughing and sneezing and laughinging to hard will make you lose your bladder.2. If you have surgeries in that area like hysterectomy things will fall out aka prolapse.3. Nerve damage from broken vertebrae can cause control issues. As in I stand up I feel nothing but pain. So holding anything in not solid, cause my sphincter still works, is impossible. (Sphincter is only thing not to fail me down there.)4. At some point Keigles are useless. So now at 59 I have to revert back to childhood. My Dad always said at 50 you start over. I think he was right. So now I am using pull ups. These are not perfect because I am a restless sleeper. So I have leaks. But I use washable chucks so no big deal.I am morbidly obese in middle of major weight loss. I was 583 now am plateaued between 400 and 380. Big surprise was finding briefs that fit instead of diapers. Infact part of reason I think they leak is because they may be couple inches to big. Not a complaint. But the most surprising thing of all is the comfort. Its not scratchy. It doesn't feel like paper or paper towels. It's not fabric either but it's way more comfortable than regular underwear with a bulky pad that twists and turns. So in my humble opinion this product is worth investing in.Oh major edit: Switched size. Went from 3XL 8 drops to 2XL 10 drops.Happy New Year to all!My oh my what a difference the size makes and leak level make. Things are improved by switching the size and leak protection. Got the new batch Friday. Today is Dec 31. So far on same washable chucks since Friday. No leaks. Keep waiting for it. Only time moisture is a factor is removing the soiled pull up. I had bought the 3XL because of my old hip measurement of 76. My hips are now down to a healthier far 66. 10 inches. Is a big deal. They are no longer sliding of my rear end like a snowboarder out running an avalanche. The dryness level is fantastic. Now bit of consumer honesty. Found these 2XL on different shopping Site from here. Reasons? They were about $50 less than on here. They come 12 to a bag making a higher content from 44 to 48 percase. I average between 3 and 4 a day so the extra 4 gives me a full 3 day coverage instead of 2 and a half days. I bought 3 cases instead of the 2 cases I bought last time. The fact laundry has gone from 3 loads a day to IOne load every other day is nice on my electric bill and changing sheets every other day instead of once a week is Godsend for my hips and back. These are going to make travel so much easier like when I go to VA from my home in BFE FL. 14 to 20 hr road trips are hard on a body. Especially when pushing 60 years old with an extra small bladder with an Effect you attitude in being able to controll not losing the liquid. So my advice is measure your hips before buying. Upgrade to the 10 drop absorbency. Then rest easy on the dry factor and less money spent pullops and laundry. Thank you LivDry!

ALmost .. If Only
Over all ,this product was actually pretty good. I was pretty surprised with its absorbency. The patient , who is bedridden would sometime do or say whatever she could to avoid changing. She also had trouble with the side tabs . They are difficult for anyone who has dexterity issues with hands. or any other limitations. This being said .. she would put them on very lopsided and very loose. Even so . the product held everything in. Did not drip at removal. there was less unpleasant odors of urine or bowelWe had to return the product due to the difficulty she had with the tabs. I would recommend this as long as the individual does not have problems with strength , dexterity of limited mobility to find , pull , and stick out the little sticky .. thats another thing .. wish it were velcro. .

Really comfortable and keeps you dry!
I am a retired Hospice RN. I wish I had known about these to recommend while I was still able to work. They fit as advertised, are soft and do absorb well. I was injured falling down a flight if stairs one year tem months ago. I fractured my ankle and both bones in lower leg. Needless to say was not allowed to bear weight or walk while all the new hard ware grew in! Getting to bsc or later bathroom is almost impossiple. My sister had purchased a pack for our 85 year old mom. She is still refusing disposable briefs. So I got the pack for me while I was bed bound. They made a bad situation much better! Just wish the price was lower. Not all families can afford, ashame because of all patients with incontinence bed bound are the most needing comfortable and dry. Leaks can be dangerous for ambulatory people because it can result in slips and falls. If these are removed slowly and carefully they don't usually leak. I think pulling them down while on toilet is the best way to remove! Hopefully you will have the good luck that I did! No smell noticed at all. They don't show under clothes. They don't shred or pill up either. I have tried three or four kinds and like these the best.they were very comfortable while I was stuck in bed and didn't bunch up while I was sleeping or trying to move in bed. I highly recommend buying. I think if trying the first time purchase a pack and try them before purchasing the 48 count.

Pricey
These adult "pull-ups" are decent quality and fit relatively well however, they are extremely over-priced at $29.99! They cost three times what Kroger's women's XL "pull-ups" cost and these don't fit as well. If you have a Kroger owned store near you, buy theirs for $9.49, same quantity for less than a third as much...To clarify, I am a six-foot-tall man that weighs 300lbs, the Kroger women's XL ones fit me very nicely [better than the men's variety] and I don't care whom they are made for as long as they do the job.
