I have bought vitamins in this brand in the past and I am happy with the products. The tablet is small and easy swallow. This tablets will last for over a year. Good value for money. Product seems good, but the delivery was not great...when I found it on the doorstep, it had been raining and the packaging was disintegrating due to exposure in the rain, this is not the first time I've had this happen.....its really not good enough.
