So after I had my baby, my body struggled to produce enough milk for him. I had tried everything from diet to supplements and making sure I drank enough water. I spent hundreds out of pocket (no Insurence) on a new hospital grade pump, which helped some but not as much as I had hoped. I even power pumped twice a day in hopes that my supply would increase . Nothing was working and my baby was ALWAYS hungry after every feeding. I was in tears at the grocery store when I finally broke down and bought formula to supplement his diet. My husband didn’t understand why this was so horrible for me and why I just felt like a failure as a mum. At this point, I was having to supplement more than %50 of my baby’s diet with formula. As a side note, I had this EXACT STRUGGLE with my first son 17 years ago and I eventually gave up and switched to formula for good around 3 months. So once again, I was back on google and amazon, as well as talking with my lactation consultant about WHAT ELSE I could do. I am a stay at home mum, so I had time to try everything under the sun. Then, a few weeks ago while checking amazon again, I stumbled across this product. I read probably 50 reviews, some with amazing reviews and some not as much. It looked so much more promising than all the other products that I had tried and failed with. I got my order and started with the smallest dose. The next morning, I nursed my son and pumped after he finished (my every day routine). Normally, I get about .5-1 ounce on this first pump of the day. But I GOT 3 ounces! I didn’t expect to see any difference for a few days so I was so excited! I am still taking this every day. At this point in time, I am still working to see what dose works the best for me. I was taking 45 drops twice a day but found that I had a dip in supply around mid day. I am currently taking 30 drops 3 times daily and I think I am close. I only supplement one four ounce bottle a day now, as opposed to more than half of my sons feedings. I hope to get to the point where I can pump a little extra and start my freezer stash. With this product, I now see that as a REAL GOAL THAT I CAN ACHIEVE. Thank you so much!

I took my first dose on Wednesday evening. It was awful and took me a while to realize it tasted like curry, which I hate. Thursday was my first day pumping while taking this supplement. I’ve been pumping 3x a day because my supply had dropped due to stress. I used to get about 13-15oz from 2 pumping sessions but was now getting about 13oz from 3 pumping sessions.So Thursday, I took the supplement in the morning and pumped while driving to work (yes, totally a great way to use that down time) and I only got 4 oz. Then I pumped again about 11:45am and got 5oz. And then I pumped again at 4:30pm and got 7 oz. I was so impressed.The next few days, I was home with my LO so I was pumping here and there while feeding throughout the day so of course, I wasn’t expressing as much milk. But I was still using the supplement 2x a day.My LO stayed the night with my mom and dad last night, so I pumped 4oz before bed since I had been feeding her all day too. I woke up this morning engorged. Pumped as soon as I woke up and got 11.5 ounces. My LO only eats 4oz. bottles so I only need 4.5 ounces to have enough milk for tomorrow (she is away from me for about 10 hours a day). That’s amazing.My supply dropped because of stress, and I stressed because my supply was dropping. I was trying everything except a fenugreek supplement. I am so glad to have found this. I already take a lot of supplements and pills, I didn’t want to add another 14 fenugreek pills to my daily intake (someone recommended that amount to me!).I haven’t tried the free bottle that was offered because I read that no one was ever able to get one so my review isn’t swayed by that.At this point, I will purchase again once out.

I have been using the product for 8 days and I feel the product has definitely helped me. I saw small increase by day 3 with 3 times 30 drops. Day 5 with 5 times I did see a significant difference and was happier with results. I've been doing the 5 times since day 5.I am an exclusive pumper. Prior to this product I was pumping 7 times a day every 2-3 hours (even through the night!) and yielded about 20-25oz in a day. After this product I pump 5 times a day, every 3-4 hours, sometimes going 6 hours through the night (as long as the little one sleeps) and I am yielding 24-29oz in a day.I still don't have the yield I want, as my son eats about 35-40oz in a day, and I have to supplment formula. I may get more out of this product if I pumped more but I like that I've been able to relax on how often I pump to get the same amount, if not more, then I have prior to using the produt. This is amazing in itself cause I got some of my time back. I felt glued and imprisoned to my rocking chair and was upset with the lack of sleep.I have tried other products prior to trying this product, like fenugreek by itself and lactation cookies that my husband made me (basic chocolate chip cookies with oatmeal, flaxseed, wheat germ, and Brewers yeast), but didn't see any different results. I was hesitant on trying this product but took a shot as I was fairly desperate.I give it a 4 for two reasons. The cost is a huge factor. If I need to take max dose everyday to get the better yield then I'll be going through the small bottle more quickly and have to buy more. It can get expensive for me. It would be great if this came in a bulk packaging. I also find it annoying to count out the 5 times 30 (150) drops manually every night. The dropper does have the 1 ml measured but I can never get the liquid that high up in the dropper and feel counting would be most accurate.Otherwise the product is pretty good. I also don't care for the flavor but I mix the product with some juice and I barley taste it.I am writing this review to get the free bottle but the product seems to be working for me so I don't mind being a little sheep. I'm going to try backing down the amount to see if I just needed to have the supplment in my system a few days to see results or if it's literally the amount that is providing the great results.I'll update my review if I am able to take the lesser amount and yield the same amount.
